What's included in the free Explorer tier?
The Explorer plan gives you full access to our verified company directory, corridor information pages for Ghana, Kenya, and South Africa, a basic company profile, and limited viewing of posted trade opportunities. It is completely free with no credit card required.
How does escrow pricing work?
Smart Escrow is included with the Pro plan at no additional monthly cost. A small transaction fee applies to each escrow-protected payment, covering payment processing, milestone management, and fund release coordination. Exact fee schedules are shared during onboarding.
Can I upgrade anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade from Explorer to Pro at any time from your account settings. Your new plan takes effect immediately, and billing is prorated for the remainder of your current cycle. Enterprise and Institutional plans are set up through our sales team.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes. Annual billing is available for the Pro plan at a discounted rate. Contact our team during onboarding or from your billing settings to switch to annual billing and lock in savings.
What currencies are supported?
Subscription billing is in USD. For trade transactions and escrow, the platform supports multiple currencies including USD, GHS (Ghanaian Cedi), KES (Kenyan Shilling), and ZAR (South African Rand), with more corridors and currencies planned.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees for Explorer or Pro plans. Enterprise and Institutional partnerships may include onboarding services with custom scoping, but there is no platform setup charge.
